Job Responsibilities

We are a great team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. We have an open work climate and highly value participation and teamwork. For you, there are also good opportunities to work on development within your area of responsibility, in addition to the aforementioned development areas. We offer a mentor, based on your experience and wishes, who facilitates and supports your introduction to the job.

In your role as a physiotherapist, your day is rich in variety and you play an important role for the municipality's residents. You work in a team together with occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, nurses, and care staff. Your mission includes both independently and together with your colleagues being responsible for assessment, treatment, and follow-up. You work with citizens who have various diagnoses and disabilities, within the municipality's different operations, such as home care, special housing, short-term housing, and housing for people with disabilities. The work also includes guiding care staff and training staff in transfer knowledge. You will also have close collaboration with other stakeholders around the patient, such as relatives, case managers, and various operations within the region.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist and have a desire to work with rehabilitation to increase the quality of life for the municipality's residents. Previous experience of working in municipal operations and/or primary care is an advantage.

You are responsible, positive, independent, and flexible. For us, it is important that you have a good approach and the ability to create and maintain good relationships with care recipients, relatives, and the rest of the team.

A driving license (B) is a requirement.
